We developed a detailed market analysis of digital agencies and a partner engagement strategy for one of the world’s largest software companies.
This project required:
- Defining the scope, size and trends in the market through primary research with digital agencies and marketing managers in end-customers
- Identifying specific business opportunities for the software company
- Estimating returns on investment in entering this market
- Developing a three-year partner engagement strategy
Work was completed in eight weeks from October to December 2009.
