Malaria Product Launch Plan

We carried out a strategic assessment of a start-up health information company for a global foundation looking for a sustainable way to provide clinicians in developing countries with tools to better report, track and eradicate vector-born diseases.

As part of the project, we:

  • Carried out a due diligence on the claimed benefits of the company’s products
  • Performed an in-depth market assessment and competitive analysis
  • Developed a business plan and operating model for the company.

Work was completed in six weeks in May and June 2009.
