We carried out a strategic review of an aging United Nations web property and helped develop a business plan to offer users a next generation Internet platform for responding to conflicts and natural disasters.
The business plan involved:
Understanding current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the current web property
Identifying unique ways in which a United Nations service could add value to international donors, disaster responders and affected communities
Architecting a new suite of services to be offered, business use scenarios, and underlying technologies required
Developing a migration plan, sourcing strategy, procurement approach, estimate for costs of change and implementation plan.
