We believe that strategy consulting is a craft. Here, we publish our guide to delivering high quality projects. Our clients sometimes re-use our method for other tasks after a Linksbridge assignment has completed and their team has been through the process end-to-end. Larger firms contract us to train junior consultants in how to deliver successful projects.

The Linksbridge Method helps project teams to answer the right client question, avoid false assumptions, develop a comprehensive response, direct analysis thoughtfully, produce stronger results and recommendations, and focus effort on the work really necessary to produce the final product. The method enables our teams to apply common standards to completed products, it distills best practice in strategy consulting methodology from across the industry, and it provides a project road map for teams to follow and use with client counterparts.

Use the method as a best practice guide to ensure you are covering every part of the project lifecycle, to help you move forward when stuck, to provide templates for work elements, to explain the strategy process to clients and new team members.

Do not use as a rule book, slavishly following each process step, out of context of your project, or against the team’s considered better judgment.
