Linksbridge SPC is a social purpose corporation owned on behalf of its employees through a trust structure. Our values inform how we run our business, how we treat our team, and how we dispose of profits. On profitable years, we award 5% of net income to nonprofit grantees through the Linksbridge Foundation, our grantmaking arm. A portion of profits are distributed to our employee-owners through retention bonuses.
Our positions are based in our Seattle or Washington, D.C., offices and available only to individuals with a permanent right to work in the United States.
