Jenna Fritz works at the intersection of global health and life sciences, with experience across NGOs, foundations, and industry partners to drive innovation and expand access to effective health solutions and technologies. Over the past decade, she has supported domestic and international partners with strategy development, market research and analysis, multilateral partnerships, and stakeholder and project management. Jenna joined Linksbridge in 2025 to focus on market insights and analytics, with an emphasis on market dynamics across a range of product classes.

Prior to Linksbridge, Jenna led projects for biopharma industry partners to bring novel therapies to market, specializing in organizational readiness, governance, and cross-functional management across portfolios in neurology, oncology, and cardiology. She previously served as the analytical lead for market analytics and strategy at PATH, advancing digital health programs and facilitating market-shaping initiatives with industry and funders to support global Covid-19 syringe delivery. Earlier in her career, Jenna supported the agriculture and nutrition advocacy team at the Gates Foundation, including project management for the 2017 Nutrition for Growth Summit to improve global funding and resource mobilization for nutrition.

Jenna holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in sociology and Spanish from Whitman College. As a graduate student, she conducted cost-effectiveness analyses on HIV patient-centered care models in western Kenya through Johns Hopkins and AMPATH. She has published research on the health impacts of digitalization and equitable syringe access for safe injection practices. Jenna also volunteers with the Washington State Public Health Reserve Corps and supports local human services and LGBTQ+ organizations in the Snoqualmie Valley.
