Reba is an associate with a background in clinical medicine, global health policy, and immunization strategy. She supports partners in designing evidence-based solutions to complex challenges in vaccine adoption, demand forecasting, and health system strengthening. With experience spanning direct patient care and large-scale health program delivery, she brings particular expertise in measles vaccine optimization, routine immunization performance, and epidemic preparedness.

In her current portfolio, Reba partners with governments, WHO, and UNICEF to accelerate measles 5-dose vial adoption, reduce missed opportunities for vaccination, and inform global partner strategies through market and demand analyses. She has contributed to a £50M pandemic and epidemic preparedness proposal and previously supported CEPI-related forecasting and evaluation work, including stakeholder mapping and multi-country assessments to guide investment decisions. Reba holds a Master of Science in global health policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MD from St George’s University School of Medicine.
